Air Fryer Steak Bites
These Air Fryer Steak bites are juicy, tender, and ready in minutes! Using just steak, avocado oil, and simple seasoning, you'll have a restaurant-quality dinner with minimal effort. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you're craving steakhouse flavor at home......

Ingredients π:
New York Strip steak, cut into large chunks
Oil spray, or drizzle
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions π§βπ³:
Set air fryer to 400β(200β) and let it run for 5 minutes while you prep the steak.
Cut steak into large bite size chunks and place in a bowl.
Spray or season with avocado oil until coated, then season generously and rub everything in well.
Place the steak bites in the preheated air fryer (work in batches if needed). Cook at 400β for 5 minutes.
Flip steak bites and cook an additional 2-3 minutes at 400β.
Use a meat thermometer - remove when internal temp is about 130β for medium rare. Steak will continue to rise in temperature as it rests (around 140β=medium).
Plate with your favorite sides for an easy protein packed dinner.

Ingredient Modifications & Substitutions
Use ribeye or sirloin if you don't have New York strip.
Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, or steak seasoning for extra flavor.
Finish with a drizzle of garlic butter or chimichurri for extra richness.
If you love spice, toss with red pepper flakes or cayenne.
