Ingredients πŸ›’:
  • New York Strip steak, cut into large chunks

  • Oil spray, or drizzle

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions πŸ§‘β€πŸ³:
  • Set air fryer to 400℉(200℃) and let it run for 5 minutes while you prep the steak.

  • Cut steak into large bite size chunks and place in a bowl.

  • Spray or season with avocado oil until coated, then season generously and rub everything in well.

  • Place the steak bites in the preheated air fryer (work in batches if needed). Cook at 400℉ for 5 minutes.

  • Flip steak bites and cook an additional 2-3 minutes at 400℉.

  • Use a meat thermometer - remove when internal temp is about 130℉ for medium rare. Steak will continue to rise in temperature as it rests (around 140℉=medium).

  • Plate with your favorite sides for an easy protein packed dinner.
