Instructions ๐งโ๐ณ๐ฅฎ
To make the Oreo crust, blend whole Oreo cookies (including the cream) in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and Nutella, mixing until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a springform pan. Place in the freezer to firm up while preparing the filling.
To prepare the tiramisu filling, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar in a cold, dry bowl until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cream and Nutella with a spatula until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-Nutella mixture until fully combined and silky smooth.
Heat milk in a small saucepan or bowl and stir in Nutella until melted and smooth, and set aside to cool slightly.
To assemble the cake, remove the crust from the freezer and spread a thin layer of melted Nutella on top - this keeps the ladyfingers in place when slicing.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the Nutella milk and arrange in a tight single layer over the crust, trimming if needed.
Spoon half of the tiramisu filling on top and smooth it out evenly.
Drizzle melted Nutella over the filling and gently spread without pressing too hard.
Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining tiramisu filling. Smooth the surface neatly.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 8 hours or overnight to set completely.
Once chilled, melt Nutella and pour it over the top, spreading it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Gently shake the pan to smooth out the surface.
Top with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, slice, and serve chilled.
