Ingredients ๐Ÿ›’(Serves 1)
For the Oreo Crust:
  • 270g Oreo cookies (cream included)

  • 70g melted butter

  • 2 tbsp Nutella

For the Nutella Tiramisu:
  • 450g mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

  • 55g powdered sugar

  • 200g Nutella

  • 175g heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 15 ladyfingers

For the Nutella Layer:
  • 4 tbsp melted Nutella

For the Chocolate Milk (for dipping):
  • 75g hot milk

  • 2 tbsp Nutella

For Decoration:
  • 150g Nutella

  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates for topping

Instructions ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅฎ
  • To make the Oreo crust, blend whole Oreo cookies (including the cream) in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.

  • Add the melted butter and Nutella, mixing until the texture resembles wet sand.

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a springform pan. Place in the freezer to firm up while preparing the filling.

  • To prepare the tiramisu filling, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar in a cold, dry bowl until soft peaks form.

  • In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cream and Nutella with a spatula until smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-Nutella mixture until fully combined and silky smooth.

  • Heat milk in a small saucepan or bowl and stir in Nutella until melted and smooth, and set aside to cool slightly.

  • To assemble the cake, remove the crust from the freezer and spread a thin layer of melted Nutella on top - this keeps the ladyfingers in place when slicing.

  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the Nutella milk and arrange in a tight single layer over the crust, trimming if needed.

  • Spoon half of the tiramisu filling on top and smooth it out evenly.

  • Drizzle melted Nutella over the filling and gently spread without pressing too hard.

  • Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining tiramisu filling. Smooth the surface neatly.

  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 8 hours or overnight to set completely.

  • Once chilled, melt Nutella and pour it over the top, spreading it evenly with a spoon or spatula.

  • Gently shake the pan to smooth out the surface.

  • Top with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, slice, and serve chilled.
